Obama Pardons Bergdahl!

This hasn’t really happened. It’s just a belated April Fools joke.

For now.

And like all things Barack the joke is late, not the least bit funny, and it may not be a joke at all by this time next year.

I figure anyone who doesn’t have a problem leaving Andrew Tahmooressi to rot in a Mexican jail, when all he had to do was pick up a phone; or who would negotiate with the psychopathic leaders of a terrorist state that is still holding American citizens, wouldn’t bat an eye at pardoning a traitor he paid $5 million and traded five Taliban generals for.

Nothing this president does in his remaining two years should surprise us.

But relief is on the way everyone.

But was anything I said inconsistent with Barack Obama’s actions so far? Would anyone be surprised if he pardon Bowe Bergdahl?
