A public university in Louisiana has a speech code that permits students to express their beliefs freely for two hours per week at three predetermined locations.
The Northwestern State University policy requires students to apply 24-48 hours in advance before holding a public demonstration or assembly, and limits such activities to “one, 2-hour time period every 7 days, commencing on Monday.”

This sounds strangely similar to something someone else suggested a long time ago…
If we could just somehow make speech a little fairer, maybe we could put everyone back on the honor system. But how silly is that? People are likely to blurt out whatever’s on their minds anywhere they please.
This is the ultimate evolution the “zonies” were looking for fifteen years ago when they began chalk-lining sections on college campuses where individuals could say whatever almost whatever is on their minds freely.
After all, you can’t just go yelling “Cultural Marxism!” in a crowded theater.
