Mika Brzezinski Shocked ABC Hired Someone with Democratic Ties…

MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” co-anchor Mika Brzezinski blasted ABC News this week for hiring George Stephanopoulos, while knowing of his close ties to the Clintons.

Which somehow doesn’t even seem odd.

That’s right, Mica.

For that matter, why would any network hire anyone with deep historical ties to either party?

Like when ABC Eyewitness News hired you as a general assignments correspondent and anchor?

Nowadays, the daughter of LBJ counselor and Jimmy Carter National Security Advisor, Zbigniew Brzezinski, and sister to current Obama Ambassador to Sweden, Mark Brzezinski, is co-anchor of MSNBC’s political magazine “Morning Joe”.

But for most of her prior career Mika covered hard news for three of the major networks, even logging time at the fair and balanced “Sixty Minutes”.

Maybe MSNBC appropriately hired Brzezinski as a liberal commentator for its première morning show because they knew nobody would ever see her anyway.

But her outrage with ABC News is duly noted*.
