Boehner ‘Appealingly Human and Thrillingly Dangerous’
At least that’s what The Daily Beast had to say about House Speaker John Boehner’s appearance last night on Jay Leno.
From the glassy eyes I’d call him about a shot short of completely baked, but that’s just an amateur blogger’s observation.
What, it’s not Boner? Silly me for mispronouncing it all the time he was selling us out on ObamaCare last year.
Whew! I thought for a moment there we were in for some more tears… but when my wife turned her head I acted like I was coughing. Yeah, RINO tanning bed jokes do that to me.
Anyway, there were no snare-drum rim-shots for the punch lines, but other than that he wasn’t funny at all.
Part II was better.

Did you hear the deafening applause when he said Jeb Bush would make a great president? DEAFENING.
Well, okay, Part II wasn’t better, and by the end there those syllables couldn’t have passed a field sobriety test; but that was John Boehner’s first and last appearance of the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, people.
