Hillary Clinton was on Stephen Colbert last night. On CBS? The guy who pretends to be funny playing a dumb Republican?

Anyway, Hillary met TV gourmand Anthony Bourdain backstage in the green room, and her campaign thought we’d all like to know about it.
Which I suppose is news when your supporters are made up of low-information Jerry Springer fans and people who watch “Naked and Afraid.”
Watch while Hillary explains her experience with all things cheese to a guy who just wants to plug his book and get out of there. This is real people stuff, people.
…stuffed in things…
President? Really?
I wonder if Hillary knows that Anthony Bourdain and wildlife terrorist Ted Nugent are friends and like to shoot machineguns together?
Probably best not get into Hillary’s gun experiences. Shooting at husbands and their bimbos on the hoof has always been illegal, even in Arkansas.

I like Ted Nugent. Met him personally when he did a concert in Alaska. I was working parttime in the concert venue and he was between sound checks. We talked about hunting rifles and the best places to go blueberry picking with his wife. He promised me (without my asking, but probably picking up on my reluctance to share) that they wouldn’t take entourage that would trample the patch. They seemed like the sort of people who could fit in here without any problem. I knew nothing about him at the time (1991, maybe), so I was honestly surprised to find a real person who lives a normal life when he’s not on stage.
I met other celebrities through that job and most of them could get lost in the parking lot.
Anthony Bourdain comes off like an ass on TV. Maybe he’s better in real life … or an acquired taste.
