Trump Loses Muslim Bro’hood Support

Yes, it looks like Donald Trump is going to have to make do without the votes of the MB’s U.S. front group CAIR and the overwhelming majority of peaceful, patriotic Muslims who support it.

Well, darnit.

More than a quarter million Muslims have become registered voters since the last presidential election, a Muslim group reported on Tuesday.

In June there were 824,000 registered Muslim voters whose first, middle or last names matched a list of 43,538 traditionally Muslim names, according to the Council on American-Islamic Relations, which used a private national database of voter information. That number represents a significant bump from the 500,000 voters the group accounted for in 2012, using the same method.

One reason for the surge, CAIR suggests, is “increased political involvement resulting from rhetorical attacks on that faith community by public figures.” …

“As a community under the pressure of hostile political rhetoric calling for profiling of American Muslims, Muslim immigration bans and warrantless surveillance of mosques, we must utilize all the tools of positive civic engagement to preserve religious freedom and other constitutional rights,” said [CAIR government affairs director Robert McCaw.]

Wait right there.

“Warrantless surveillance of mosques …”?

McCaw… hmm. Is that Irish-Sunni?

Anyway …

Stupid me, I didn’t know law enforcement needed a warrant to act on a tip, sit outside, or even inside, a building and observe a group of congregating people. (Donnie Brasco and Rudy Giuliani will be surprised.)

Or that “hostile political rhetoric” and regulating immigration were un-American.

So, if getting the facts straight doesn’t matter, maybe we can also pretend that 70 Americans haven’t be murdered by extremist Muslims in Chattanooga, San Bernardino and Orlando in just one year.

However, perhaps the real question is more immanently important to the future of the nation, albeit less immediately threatening.

We know that one Muslim can make a difference when he’s deep in the throes of homosexual panic and screaming Allahu Akbar while murdering a roomful of defenseless citizens.

But will 250,000 Muslims whose religion calls for the abuse, stoning and beheading of homosexuals and “disobedient” women, vote for a woman who supports the LGBT movement and taking away the right to own the guns their, um … more zealous adherents, use to kill them?
