Well, at least we’re pretty sure it was Hillary. She may have just told Huma to tell somebody to tell somebody to tell somebody’s aide to have somebody in the email room (better known as the Kremlin data dump) to tweet the tens of thousand of homeless, wet, hungry and weary flood victims in So. Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas.
Are flood victims on the southern coast even connected to social networks?

The flooding there is bigger than anyone expected—more than 40,000 homes have been damaged and more than 100,000 people have been affected.
